Introduction: Shore Animal Control will follow all TTC guidelines to protect our customers privacy in relation to any operations or data collected. 
Data Collection: SAC will not collect any data or use any data for any purpose other than communicating about lost or found pets. 
Data Use: Any data or photo collected is for the sole purpose of returning lost or found pets to owners.

    Data Sharing: Any information such as phone numbers will not be shared with anyone.

    User Rights: At any time a user can request  access, correction, deletion, and opting out of data collection.    

  • Data Protection: Our system is private for our company and any data is protected by our security Trend Micro system.     

  • We do not use or request cookies at any time in data collection.     

  • Third-Party Links: We have no  third-party links and their separate privacy practices.    

  • Contact Information: Any user can contact the company with questions or concerns about the Privacy Policy. 
  • Mobile Opt-in, SMS consent, and Phone Numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes

1- SMS Consent Communication:
Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If consent has been given to receive text messages from Shore Animal Control, messages may be received related to 
Conversational message

Example: “Hello, can you provide me with a picture of your pet. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time. from Shore Animal Control”

3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, up to 2 SMS messages per week may be received related to  Reminders.
Example:
“Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status.”

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5- Opt-In Method:
Opt-in to receive SMS messages from Shore Animal Control can be done in the following ways:

6- Opt-Out Method:
Opting out of receiving SMS messages can be done at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message received. Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list.
